Through this partnership, we are excited to offer Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy and chakra alignment—a unique, holistic service that supports emotional regulation, nervous system restoration, and full-person well-being.

What Is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy is a calming, deeply immersive healing modality that uses the resonance of sound—particularly from Tibetan singing bowls—to restore balance in the body’s energetic and emotional systems.

This practice is ideal for individuals experiencing:

  • Chronic stress or burnout

  • Anxiety or emotional overwhelm

  • Sleep disruptions

  • Energetic imbalances or spiritual disconnection

  • A desire for meditative calm and internal alignment

Who Is It For?

Sound therapy is ideal for anyone seeking:

  • Relief from stress, anxiety, or burnout

  • A deeper connection to their emotional or spiritual self

  • Support with life transitions or emotional processing

  • A calming, restorative complement to talk therapy or other healing work

Sessions are open to adults, teens, and families. Virtual sound healing is also available for clients who prefer or require remote support.

What to Expect in a Session

Each 60–75 minute session is thoughtfully structured to meet your individual needs:

Intake & Intention Setting
Begin with a brief check-in to explore what you're holding—emotionally, physically, or energetically.

Sound Immersion
Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and around the body to activate and align the chakras, soothe the nervous system, and shift the body into a restorative state.

Integration & Grounding
We’ll conclude with a short reflection and gentle grounding, helping you carry the clarity and calm into your day.

Sessions are available in person at our Great Falls office or virtually.

About the Practitioner

Jenn Jovin, MSW/SWLC
Verdant Mind and Wellness, LLC
Partnered with Peaks and Valleys Therapy – Great Falls, MT

Jenn is a Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and licensed clinical social work candidate (SWLC) who brings a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to her practice. Through Verdant Mind and Wellness, Jenn offers sound therapy sessions as a complement to her clinical services, supporting emotional, physiological, and energetic well-being.

I am a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner specializing in Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy and chakra alignment to promote whole-person well-being. My practice integrates therapeutic modalities with precise vibrational techniques to foster neurological restoration and energetic balance.

In each session, carefully tuned singing bowls are applied to and near the body to target the chakras, using resonance and sound frequencies to support stress reduction, emotional clarity, and physiological regulation. Clients often notice reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and enhanced mindfulness as their nervous system shifts into a more balanced state.

Sessions typically begin with an intake discussion to assess your needs, followed by the sound immersion experience, and conclude with a grounding integration. Whether you're experiencing insomnia, chronic stress, or simply seeking restorative calm, my goal is to deliver a safe, evidence-informed experience that nurtures both the mind and body.
