About Molly
Molly specializes in helping teens, young adults, and adults better understand themselves, navigate life transitions, and develop healthier relationships with both themselves and others. Her work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate and evidence-based approach that helps clients understand the different "parts" of themselves with curiosity rather than judgment.
Molly believes that everyone has internal experiences, emotions, and patterns that developed for a reason. Through therapy, she helps clients identify protective patterns, understand underlying emotional needs, and build greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional flexibility.

Before becoming a therapist, Molly spent many years working as a school counselor, supporting high school students through academic challenges, social stressors, college planning, career exploration, and personal growth. This experience continues to shape her practical, supportive, and developmentally informed approach to counseling.

Molly particularly enjoys working with adolescents, college students, and young adults who are navigating important life decisions and transitions. Whether clients are struggling with anxiety, uncertainty about the future, relationship challenges, academic pressure, or self-doubt, she provides a supportive environment where they can explore their experiences and build confidence in themselves.

Molly practices from an identity-affirming and trauma-informed perspective and welcomes clients from all backgrounds. She believes therapy should be a collaborative process that helps people feel understood, empowered, and connected to their strengths.
