Therapy Doesn't Have to Start With Having Everything Figured Out
You don't have to know exactly what you need before starting therapy.

Many people begin counseling because they know something needs to change, but they aren't sure what that change should look like.

You may be questioning your relationship with alcohol or substances.

You may have completed treatment but still be struggling with anxiety, relationships, or everyday life.

You may be using substances to manage emotions that feel difficult to handle on your own.

Or you may simply feel stuck and want someone who can help you understand what's happening without judgment.

Circe believes therapy should meet people where they are.

Her approach is grounded in humility, lived experience, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help clients find their own path forward.

Circe brings this clinical experience together with a person-centered philosophy. She believes clients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect while having the opportunity to learn new skills, explore new perspectives, and make meaningful changes.
